- After reserving an appt we expect our patients to do hat they can to arrive in time for their appointment and if that is not possible to let us know as soon as they can.
- Whilst we appreciate that it may very occasionally be unavoidable to cancel or miss an appointment, we ask that they give at least two days notice if they need to reschedule an appointment in order to provide it to another discerning patient.
- We expect that our patients should pay their bills as requested and on time just as we do with our creditors. To help our patients, we accept cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards. We also offer various other credit and interest-free credit options.
- We expect our patients to care for and maintain the work that we have proudly provided, using the assistance that we can provide.
- We expect our patients to tell us if something concerns or upsets them. That way we have an opportunity to put things right for them and to improve our service further for them.
- We really enjoy working with nice people. We spend a lot of time in the practice and enjoy helping and serving those that come to see us. If they are happy with us we ask that they refer people whom they feel would like what we have to offer too! In this way we can continue to do what we enjoy, for the benefit of those that come to see us.
