In the interest of providing the best service and care possible, we have developed a full range of easy and convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the commencement of your treatment our friendly and knowledgeable team will discuss your treatment, fees and financial arrangements with you in detail. Our front desk team will also be able to assist you with your questions.

Fees, Payment & Insurance
Payment of fees are expected at the time services are provided unless by prior arrangement. We can assist you in completing any Insurance claims forms if necessary; all claims can then be reimbursed directly to you. Our practice accepts payment by cash, VISA, MasterCard, debit cards, personal cheques or money orders.

Do not hesitate to confirm either costs or arrangements. You have the right to know about and understand dental fees and charges. We want you to feel that you have been treated well.

Achieving the very best results
It is our remit to provide the best dentistry for you. To do this, it is important that we do not allow finances affect our judgement. Your treatment will be based upon your needs, not money; from there it is our job to help you to find the best and easiest method to pay for what you want.

A written estimate
A written estimate will be provided for all complex treatment and we will gladly give you a written estimate for any routine procedures upon request.

Dental Plans
Dental plans can be basically divided into dental insurance (for unforeseen needs such as accidents and emergencies) and prepaid dentistry where the patient pays for potential work like fillings and / or maintenance. Since Insurance companies are there to make a profit, it is often cheaper overall for the patient to have a contract with the dentist directly, rather than pay a third party too. As regards to maintenance we offer the Health Maintenance Practice Plan described below;

Health Maintenance Practice Plan
At Riverview Dental, we chose to offer a plan which would provide a convenient, easy and affordably cost effective way for our patients to have the maintenance care they needed. Above all, it had to be something each one of the team would unreservedly do themselves.

The plan we arranged is managed by ISO plan and costs not one penny more than paying it individually, yet it has many advantages including;

1. Interest free credit works for you as the minimal payments for your maintenance care are spread monthly for your convenience.
   
   
   
2. The benefit of an “insurance component” to cover accidents and emergencies.
   
   
   
3. The benefit of other financial incentives such as a 10% investment reduction from all dental treatment fees which can be very useful!
